Our physical practice  parallels  the actions of the mind. Balance enhances my presence, strength ignites my confidence, and currently my flexibility practice is helping me become less stubborn... I think.  & As the great Buddha once said, "As we think, so we become."

Sometimes- people, situations or worry will cloud my quality of Peace.  Those are the best moments  for Yoga.  To be light, I must trust in my bad days the way I trust in the good.  Even if I step away from peace, I know I can travel back. That is my miracle, what's yours?
